Cookie

We and our service providers use cookies and other technologies (such as web beacons) for many reasons. For example, we use cookies and other technologies to remember your identity when you return to access services, and to provide and analyze our services. We want you to understand our use of these technologies, so through this notice, we explain what types of technologies we use, what these technologies do, and what choices you have regarding the use of these technologies.

1. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are typically stored on your device when you browse and use websites and online services. They are widely used to ensure websites operate normally or more efficiently, while providing reporting information and helping with personalized services or advertising.

Cookies are not the only type of technology used to enable this functionality; we also use other similar types of technology. For more information and examples, please see below.

2. Why do we use Cookies? We and our service providers may use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: These are cookies that are essential for us to provide services. For example: we or our service providers may use these cookies to authenticate and identify users to provide services. These cookies also help us maintain the security of our services.

  • Performance and Functional Cookies: These cookies are not essential, but they help provide a personalized experience and improve your online experience using our services. For example, they help us remember your preferences so you don't need to re-enter information you previously provided (such as during the registration process). We also use these cookies to collect information about service usage (such as click rates and other information) to enhance and improve our services. Deleting these types of cookies will limit certain functions of our services.

3. How do we use web beacons and other technologies?

Web beacons (also called clear GIFs or pixel tags) are often used in conjunction with cookies. We and our service providers may use web beacons for purposes similar to those for using cookies, such as understanding or enhancing our services, improving website performance, and monitoring visitor traffic and their actions on the website. Since web beacons are often used in conjunction with cookies, most of the time rejecting cookies will prevent web beacons from functioning fully.

We use other technologies similar to cookies, such as: browser storage and plugins (such as HTML5, IndexedDB, and WebSQL). Like cookies, some of these technologies may store small amounts of data on your device. We use these technologies and various other technologies for purposes similar to cookies, such as analyzing service usage.

You have various options for these technologies. For example, many popular browsers provide functionality to clear browser storage, usually located in the settings or preferences area; for more information, please refer to your browser's help function or support pages.

Your Information and Rights

The legal basis for our collection and use of personal information described in this Privacy Statement depends on the personal information involved, the applicable data protection laws, and the specific context in which we collect and use personal information. We typically collect personal information from you in the following circumstances: where we need to use personal information to perform a contract with you (for example, if we engage you to participate in a production), where we need to process your information based on our legitimate interests and this does not override your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (for example, contacting you to provide opportunities to participate in productions), or where we have obtained your consent to collect the information (for example, collecting information about your diversity). In some cases, we may have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you, or may need your personal information to protect your or others' vital interests (for example, confirming your identity). If you have questions about our use of your personal information (including the legal basis and transfer mechanisms we use), cookies or similar technologies, please contact our Data Protection Officer/Privacy Department by email: corporateprivacy@Beastgame.com. Please include the name of the production you are applying to participate in your message.

When contacting us, please be sure to specify that your question relates to your use of our services: We will respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may refuse unreasonable requests or requests not required by law, including those that are extremely impractical, could result in disproportionate technical costs, or could put us at operational risk.

Please note that the above rights are not absolute, and there may be circumstances where we cannot (partially or fully) respond to your request. In such circumstances, we will explain why we cannot respond to your request.

We may ask you to provide specific information to help us verify your identity and ensure your right to access information (or exercise any of your other rights). This is an additional security measure to protect your personal information from disclosure to any unauthorized recipients.
